The Add to Cart Button doesn’t appear, how can I buy X item?
Many items in our range have additional information required such as colour, size & weight. in order for “add to cart” button to appear all options must be selected

If the prices come up in euros in your browser , this will be your browser not picking up your location, this can be fixed by clearing your browser cache then restarting your browser.
Do you do Freezer Bait and how long does Shelf Life last?
Our range of products are shelf life. Shelflife span is approx 24 months if kept in air tight bags/containers
Why has my account been blocked?
CherryCarp pride our self in providing the best service possible, however issues do happen and as a result if those issues are raised to us in a suitable manner we will endeavor to put things right. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. is not an avenue to voice or publicly make defamatory statements and as such any customer wishing to take that avenue may risk having their account suspended pending investigation. This does not infringe your rights. Should you feel that you have been treated unfairly please contact support in order for your case to be considered.
How long does it normally take to deliver ?
Delivery is is usually 48 hours from the next working day after time of order if ordered before 5pm. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays so last order date for same week delivery is Wednesday. Particle products will NOT be dispatched after Wednesday unless 24 hour postage has been paid for with the order due to the need for freezing.
I bought on Pre-Order, how long does it take ?
Delivery is the same term as above , however orders are dispatched from the pre-order date (normally specified on the item)
Can I have 24 hour delivery?
We do offer a 24 hour delivery service for orders between 2 – 30kg, This is 24 hours from time of order if ordered before 3pm, Friday orders will not be be delivered over the weekend.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do ?
Every order leaves us in an undamaged state however, if the packaging is damaged on route to you, please assess the package, if the contents have split or unusable, then please email us a picture of what you received to email@example.com. If you have received particle there may be slight leakage from the bag , however this does not effect the product and should ALWAYS be frozen on receipt.
I missed my delivery, what do I do ?
Most of our products are shelf life, and as a result would not spoil if you missed your delivery , However we do not refund or replace any of our prepared products such as hemp or spod if you are not present to receive your order
Why is the deal no longer available ?
CherryCarp reserve the right to retract the availability of any deal at any time.
